Brembo has introduced its new range of UV coated brake discs, which it claims guarantee increased energy savings as well as increased environmental friendliness.
The UV coating provides better resistance against high temperatures and corrosion as confirmed by corrosion resistance testing in a salt spray chamber and moisture resistance tests, and increases overall protection including during the installation process.
Additionally, a laser mark on the visible face of the hub clearly indicates the minimum disc thickness required making it easy to identify whether they need changing.
