Datsun India has announced that it is installing what it calls a ‘segment-first safety feature’ for the region in the new Go and Go+ models: Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC) technology. The VDC system monitors wheel speed, steering wheel position and lateral acceleration via onboard sensors to provide electronic stability control. The new models also come with anti-lock braking systems(ABS), electronic brake force distribution (EBD), brake assist (BA) and traction control systems (TCS).

Hardeep Singh Brar, director of sales and commercial at Nissan India said, “Datsun is committed to transforming the customer experience with new and innovative products. Underscoring our focus on progressive mobility backed by safety, technology, style and convenience, the New Datsun Go and Go+ now come with VDC so that Datsun owners can drive with confidence.”
