Brembo installs latest-generation driving simulator

Italian braking systems manufacturer, Brembo, has installed VI-grade’s latest-generation Compact Simulator in the R&D department at its headquarters in Stezzano (Bergamo), Italy. The simulator features a carbon-fibre frame and is fully equipped with dedicated VI-grade software as well as active shaker components consisting of active seat, active belt and active brake for an enhanced, more realistic driving feel.

Brembo will use the simulator to expand its research capabilities and advance its braking system development. Moreover, this state-of-the-art driving simulator can be used by Brembo to enhance its collaborations with customers, especially with major automotive manufacturers who use the same (or similar) VI-grade technologies.
