Automotive test system supplier, AB Dynamics, has opened its new global headquarters in Bradford-on-Avon, UK. The purpose-built, GB£9 million facility has been built partly due to the rising Chinese automotive industry, which has led to a recent growth in the company’s overseas sales, with over 95% of its products exported to foreign markets.

The company began providing noise, vibration and suspension engineering services to the automotive industry in 1982 and now supplies vehicle and chassis development systems to many of the world’s largest car manufacturers. The company designs and manufactures a range of products from driving robots, through to large static rigs and one of the world’s most advanced driving simulators, the aVDS.

“The company is experiencing incredible growth,” stated Tim Rogers, CEO of AB Dynamics. “We have doubled our floor space and invested in additional land around the new 39,000 square foot site, with the intention of further expansion in the future. There is a global demand for high-quality automotive test equipment, this is reflected in our continued success.”
